We ship throughout New Zealand using NZ Post.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days once completed.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Delivery timeframes (after dispatch):
- Standard delivery: 1–3 working days
- Rural delivery: 1–5 working days

Many of our items are made to order, especially personalised pieces.
Please allow up to 5 working days for creation.
If you have a specific deadline, feel free to get in touch—we’ll always do our best to accommodate where possible.
